Course Description
These seniors yoga classes are particularly tailored for this age group and offer a gentle approach to yoga, and a variety of Yoga Asana (exercises), Pranayama (breathing) Yoga Nidra (relaxation). Meditation and other relevant Yoga practices will be included in the class.

Prerequisites
Prerequisites: Students need to advise the tutor of any health conditions, disabilities or recent surgery. There may be cases where a doctor’s/healthcare professional’s certificate is needed.
Students to provide Yoga mat, yoga belt, yoga block, small pillow
