This page recognises and remembers U3A members and friends who have made special contributions to the life and work of U3A Melbourne City since its establishment in 1985.

  1. The Council of Adult Education who provided an institutional home for the period 1985 – 2001.
  2. RMIT University who provided an institutional home for the period 2002-2005.
  3. Anni Cleary who built and maintained our first website for ten years on a volunteer basis.
  4. The students of the Department of Information Systems, University of Melbourne, who designed our current website: Roman Plotnikov, Jared Lynch, Lloyd Townsing, Asin Tavakoli, and Jee Wei Yeong.
  5. The students of the Department of Communication Studies, RMIT University, who produced two videos for us (see our video page or YouTube channel): Herald Chia, Sherilyn Wong, Hashim Sharaf, Edna Lim, Evelyn Ng, and Johanna Hagemann.
